Q.
my son is two and half years old ,his birth weight is 3.7 kg .now he weighs 19 kg.is it ideal weight or not?

Hello mom the weight seems to be little on the higher side , as children by the age of one year they triple their birth weight and then yearly they gain about 2 to 4 kgs .. make sure the child in involved in some physical activity and avoid refined , sugary and processed foods
