#AskTheExpert my baby was 2.45 kg at birth now he is 3 and half month old and weighs 4.7 kg,is it normal growth or he is under weight?

A. Dear parent, your baby’s growth is absolutely normal, do not worry. For healthy weight gain and growth, you should exclusively breastfeed your baby till 6 months complete. At one episode of breast feeding feed from only one breast so that baby receives fat rich hindmilk which will help in weight gain.
