Q.

hi.. My daughter is 19 months old and weighs 9.35 kg. Her birth weight was 3.1kg . Is her weight normal?

A. weight seems fine. still you should start iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day...as diet alone can't meet nutritional requirements of a growing child

A. hi well yes he or she is gaining Normal. for Healthy weight gain, offer starch rich food like boiled potatoes, sweet potatoes, rice to your child. add dairy products like paneer curd ghee milk etc in your child diet. give energy dense fruits like apple banana papaya etc to your child give Massage to your child daily maintain good hygiene
