My son is suffering from cold...can I massage him with mustard oil...

Yes you can then eat the mustard oil add some chopped garlic and carrom seeds into that and use that one to apply onto the body that is going to give you much better results and specially on the chest I would recommend you to massage at least twice in a day which is what is going to be good for your child
