Q.

My son is one year old he catch ups cold often even though cold gone he had cough lasts a month but coughs happen at some times not often.

A. it appears to be allergic cough/cold. they can be associated with temperature variations around the body (hot to cold or cold to hot environmental changes) which the bofdy cannot sustain leading to cough usually at evening /night and morning. requires examination and start anti allergic medicines. meet dr and prevent such temperature variations. there is a pocssibility of starting anti allergic medicines for at least one month and the doctor will decide if the child needs inhaler therapy or nebulization.

A. Try steaming it helps boil one bowl water with few amount of ajwain and two small ilaychi . When only two spoon amount of this remain after boiling, lukewarm it and give it to your baby two times in a day.
