#asktheexperts My Baby is 11 month old he had cold it lasts for one week and then he was normal for four days after cold now again he is having running nose. why he often catch cold?

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Cold is most of the time because of some viral infection or allergic condition and symptoms are usually sneezing, running nose, nasal congestion and fever. cough along with throat irritation are usually associated .
Treatment consists of antiallergic antipyretics analgesics and decongestants medicine .
As a home remedy steam inhalation would be very useful .
Medidcines like wikoryl / tminic / Alex cold can be used in a proper dose for 3-5 days as per the sympgrtoms .
Steam inhalation is repeated frequently .

It May be a possibility that your child is suffering with some kind of an allergy which is why it is repeating over and over it could be dust and a GC is the weather change it could be anything so you first get a check with your doctor to have clarity as to what kind of an allergy or child is suffering from
