my son is now 19 minth old and entering 20 in 5 more days but he is having oñly 8 teeth( 4 on upper jaw and 4 on the lower) no molar terth had been started yet . do there any complication

ExpertNiharika PandeyPediatric Dentist4 years agoA. Hello dear mom, please don't worry. some kids get their milk teeth a little late than usual. molar teeth will erupt soon in few months. maintain proper oral hygiene for the erupted teeth to prevent decay.

Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 1 m old girl4 years agoA. hi usually babies get their first set of primary teeth by the age of 2 or 3. so please don't take much Stress for this. offer calcium rich food like ragi,nuts , dairy products etc more. provide apt sunlight atleast 20 minutes a day maintain good hygiene.
