Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. that's fine
for tooth development and eruption the first important thing is that the child should not have deficiency of calcium and vitamin d.
first tooth eruption can occur anytime between 6 months to 18 months of age.
deficiency is there or not will be told by the doctor.
there is no need to worry because many times the first tooth eruption may occur as late as 16 to 18 months of age also.
so if your personal doctor is not worried then no need to worry from your side

Yes that is totally normal a child can have its first teeth between the age of 3 to 17 months and from any side the interruption can happen and can continue in a particular particular manner as it is for the child because every child has a different format so right now with what you are mentioning is completely normal for your child
