My son is 12 months old and weighs around 7.8 kgs. He has got no teeth in lower jaw whereas has four in the upper jaw. And a molar is also erupting in the upper jaw. What is the reason for having no teeth in lower jaw ? And is it a matter of concern? I am quite worried about it.

ExpertNiharika PandeyPediatric Dentist2 years agoA. Hi consult with your nearest pediatric dentist for proper clinical and radiographic examination . usually kids get their complete set of 20 milk teeth anytime upto the age of 3 years
