my son is now 16 months,the problem is while he is drinking water at a time he is do peeing toilet...is it normal or something problem with that condition

offer more liquids and fruits for adequate hydration.
once consult your paediatrician for proper examination of the child and start treatment as advised by your doctor

Maybe Your child is unable to digest water properly which is why your child is immediately passing urine it is he’s got something to do with the digestive system of the child it would be better to consult your paediatrician for a thorough checkup of the child
