Q.

my son is 2yrs 5months old suffering with fever and light cold from 2days , please suggest best antibiotic syrup.

A. Cough and cold can we because of some allergic reactyion in the body most of the time it is viral in the origin need to give symptomatic treatment first like steam inhalation and some home remedies cough experctorant may be required along with anti allergic medications

A. Antibiotics are not given randomly to do child just because a child having fever and cold so you know it is better to go regular medication video Dr antibiotics are given an extreme cases when their new help that you get from basic medications
