my son is 23 months old, he is not able to speak yet, his eye contact, pointing finger, everything is fine, while he playing with his toy car he sleeps and watching car wheels, I googled and it showes its symptoms of autism, is that true? I'm worrying so much

A. if the baby is nearly two years old and if the child is not taking over even a single word you should consult your doctor once to get a proper examination done of the baby
