my son is 2years old he is not able speak, he is good with eye contact, pointing finger, responding to the name, playing with other children, following the commands, he also speak few single words, but I saw the video in YouTube that's signs of autism, he is similar to some facial expression to that video, I'm worrying so much,

A. the baby is more than two years of age there are certain parameters to label a baby with the to have autism or not if you are having any doubt consult your paediatrician for appropriate examination
