my son is 2.1year old, he not able to speak, he speak few single words, his eye contact good, he will responding to name, pointing finger, social smile, playing with other children, following commands, imitating, understanding everything, pointing body parts, naming colours, animals, fruits, he is perfect in everything but sometimes he do some finger moments and if he get excited he hold his body tight and he start shivering for 1or 2 seconds, is that going to be normal after some time? I'm worried
