my son is 23 months old, he is not able speak yet, apart from speaking he does everything(eye contact, pointing finger, respond to the name etc) still I keep on thinking like why he is doing this, why he is not doing like that(if he play with car watching wheels, i googled and i will cry) why is like this? how can i come out of this? is he normal?

A. difficult to tell without assessing the growth milestones of the child's so it is advisable to meet your doctor who will assess the development growth milestones of the child and tell you whether any type of problem is there or not
