My son is 2 yrs old.He vomitted through his nose and mouth day before yesterday.After that he was ok.Yesterday morning when we woke up we noticed a difference in his sound as if he has cold..but he do not have cold..what will be the reason for change in sound.sound is not smooth not normal..he dont have cold cough or temperature

A. he is active..he dont have any breathing difficulty..only problem is the sound change.what could be the reason
