my son is 2.7 year old. he has viral due to which doc has given him sinarest syrup etc. he is drinking water but not urinating often. also in Night his diaper is almost dry. should I be worried? pls help

A. kindly give water, ors, water n other fluids like juice, soup, dal pani at regular Interval to keep ur kid hydrate. also give soft n semi solid food. tc
