Sushma PalvadiMom of a 6 yr 10 m old girl3 years agoA. hello Mom I didn't reach foods will be helpful for the hemoglobin production so please give dates which are good in iron supplement also many leave you vegetables pulses all this will have iron at the same time you should also give vitamin c rich food so that your baby body will UPS iron from the iron products
