#AskTheExpert my kid shreyan he is 6 years and 4 months ,how to increase himoglobin his himoglobin is 11.7 . what I should includ his diet . for improvement

Sunita MahatoMom of 2 children3 years agoA. to improve the hemoglobin level include in diet dates or dates syrup.. or you can give pomegranate or pomegranate juice to baby.. boil some kishmish in a cup of milk till it gets half.. then filter and give the milk..
