my son does not pass complete stool one time he goes 4 5 time a day and does little because of which he gets irritated what to give him so his stomach gets clean one time and I gave castor oil 4ml on monday after which he pass stool completely. is giving castor oil safe?

A. good to avoid castor oil. diet changes like Give more fiber-rich fruits and vegetables and drinking more water will help in constipation. also give warm water to strengthen digestive system.
