my son always cold not clear

A. Dont use cold water and referigerated items, instead use hot boiled water in warm condition which will be helpful for disease free life. Try to use saline nasal drops in spray system, this spray will be helpful to reach the medication to throat area where bacteria lives in the body. ( creator of cold and cough )
