You can give soft food like roti soaked in dal or vegetable, vegetable dal rice, khichadi, daliya, pulao, idli, dosa.
Seasonal fruits
Curd, paneer, cheese
Eggs and non veg foods.
Add powdered nuts like almonds to baby’s food.
Add ghee to every meal.
Give 3 to 4 meals a day and up to three fourth katori every time. Continue to breastfeed.

my baby was having cold and fever since 5 days... fever has gone afte 3 days... after doc guven medecine... bt the cold is and cough is there... bt agn the fever has came after 3days. ... y this agn?
