hello doc my daughter is 7 month old and still her weight is 7kg. please suggest diet to increase her weight.

A. weight seems fine. child should double it's birth weight by completion of Six month and triples by one year. prefer fibre rich diet as khichdi Dalia oats etc

A. hi dear thanku so much for suggestion but I tried everything like rice porridge, carrot soup, fruit juice and fruit puree. But still her weight is less.

A. You can solids start like rice porridge, apple and date's porridge, vegetables porridge very important sweet potato and

A. You should go ahead with semisolid food where is more of dairy products and protein to the child that is going to be helpful along with that if you see that your child is still not gaining weight with your breast feeding a shift to formula feeding for the child that is going to be a better option
