can anyone help me with the daily veg diet chart to increase my weight?

A. hello dear good morning you can include some energy dense food in the diet like by adding full cream milk milkshake nothing dry fruits different forms of the house and again should be added every day in your meal plate breakfast lunch and dinner is a compulsory meal and in between two healthy snacks should also be taken
