plz share with me breastfeeding diet chart to increase the diet plan

A. Have healthy diet- Six meals are important for lactating mothers. Take regular diet with more of dates, nuts, jeera, Dill seeds, sauf, ajwain, papaya, ghee and butter plus a katori of assorted nuts , makhana everyday.
