Give well balanced diet including all five healthy food groups: vegetables, fruit, grain foods, dairy and protein. Avoid foods high in salt, saturated fat and sugar, foods low in fibre and nutrients, and drinks with caffeine or lots of sugar.

Limit the outside foods and junk intake of your baby gradually. Include all food groups in your child’s diet that is staple in your family. Speak to your doctor for further evaluation and advice.
