Q.

My second month of pregnancy just started but whatever I eat. I start feeling hungry with in some time. Any ideas, what should I eat that at least I wont feel hungry for 3-4 hrs. I am vegetarian.

A. Hello mam it does happen with many pregnant women .. some feel very hungry and some can’t eat much .. make sure instead of having heavy meals have small meals at regular intervals in which you can include some seasonal fruits , vegetable soups , dry fruits , milk , Makhanas etc
