my postpartum delivery bleeding was til 70 days I had stopped eating iron tablets evryday was eating in only twice a weak now It has stopped can I continue it every day as I had told before 2wice In a day?

A. can take once a day Continue iron for at least 3 months and calcium supplements till you are feeding your baby. Also take vit d3 once a week for first 3 to 4 month. your doctor probably will prescribe or advice for same.
