Q.
My milk supply is enough for my 2 month 21 day old child. Recently I am experiencing a drop in the supply due to unwanted stress and anxiety. there is no reason why I am so stressed. What can be done in such cases

NikithaMom of 2 children2 years agoA. hello try to stay calm and stress can definitely effect bm secretion and if bm is low then you can alternatively be giving your child infant formula milk stage 1 using a bpa free bottle like Babyhug which is also helpful and safe for the growth of your child also
