How can i know my milk supply is enough for my baby.

A. Hai good evening !! If baby tummy looks full after feeding 15-25 minutes ,gaining weight ideally according to age,peeing normally 7-9 times a day indicates enough milk supply. If baby crying frequently even after feed,no gain in weight ,tummy looks flat,peeing less means low milk production. Include milk,diary products,rusk,bread toast,papaya,chikoo,garlic,garlic curries ,mutton kheema helps in good milk production.
