Q.
I have not been nursing and pumping for the past 2 weeks. My milk supply is not good. If I am able to pump only 3 times a day will my supply be good enough ?

Show to a doctor for right and timely diagnosis and treatment. Thays a safe procedure.You can always try to add health and tasty substitute like whole grain cookies, cakes and. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day while breastfeeding your baby. If required please consult a lactation expert for further assistance.
