my milk is not sufficient to feed why and how to increase

A. Hello mam Foods like daliya with milk and jaggery, green vegetables, dal, boiled sprouts, paneer, fruits, oats, ragi, methidana, sauf, ajwain, flaxseeds, garden crest seeds , milk twice a day helps in increasing the milk production Also take rest along with new born as the more u rest the better u recover and boost your milk production Have a glass of water before every feed And drink atleast 3-4 l of water every dha

There You no answer to why because a lot of women do not have sufficient lactation and that’s completely natural some bodies do not make sufficient lactation that’s very normal so if you want you can try having lactation to supplement after consulting your doctor or else you can start giving formula feeding to the child
