#AskTheExpert , hi, my boy is 3 months now. wife is not having sufficient milk to feed baby. what to do to increase the milk.

A. foods like daliya dal n fluids.See when baby has any new complain then better avoid any self medication. Show to a doctor for right and timely diagnosis and treatment. Thays a safe procedure.You can always try to add health and tasty substitute like whole grain cookies, cakes and. Home made papad etc.patience is very important too.

A. hi to increase breastmilk supply,it is best to offer plenty of feeds . because the more your child latches, the more milk is produced. your wife can take leptadin tablet or shatavary granular with warm milk twice in a day.
