Hi, I am breast feeding my child from day one. but now i am feeling that i have not sufficient milk to feed him. what I can do to increase the milk ?

A. Hello mom You have to add more dairy products in your regular diet plan. Take at least 2 to 4 cup of milk in a day. Rather than this start taking jeera and ajwain in your regular diet.
