Hello Experts, I am a mother of one month baby. my milk is not sufficient to feed my baby which food do I need to take to increase the milk products.

A. to increase breast milk, take more milk n milk products, dates, nuts, jeera, Dill seeds, sauf, ajwain, papaya, spoon of desi ghee and butter plus a katori of assorted nuts , makkhana everyday. latch more often.
