give 2-3 servings of full fat buffalo milk.
you should start iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day as diet alone can't meet nutritional requirements of a growing child

please encourage your child for physical activity like walking jumping skipping cycling etc
please include natural probiotics and dairy products and green leaf veggies and fresh fruit and different seeds and nut in your child daily diet
please give daily sun light exposure
