My last period date was 14th Aug 2021. I missed my period on sept month. So I did home pregnancy test on 19th sept and it was positive. After that I got all pregnancy symptoms like vomiting, less appetite etc. Now since 2 days that's is since 26th sept there is no symptoms and I am feeling perfectly alright and not feeling like I m pregnent. what does this mean. Is everything alright? I m just hoping everything will be good. Please guide on this.
