Q.

my due date is 1oct I have sex on sept 23 nd sept 25 I have not got period still now is it possible to be pregnant

A. depends on ovulation. If you have missed your periods you can wait for one week more for periods to come or else you can do a urine pregnancy test to know about the pregnancy result and consult with your doctor according to the result for medication
