My kiss developed fever overnight and followed up with cold we treated with with meftal and other cold syrups which dr gave now he is not peeing he is once in 24 hour having water and juice but not eating

A. it may be due to throat infection it's quite common during fever give plenty of fluids maintain hydration and keep a track on urine output maintain hygiene in the area clean with Luke warm water
