my 3.5 year son get fever I am giving meftal suspension his fever getting up and down but no other symptoms

A. Kindly give paracetamol for fever and it is given according to the weight as well as according to the power of paracetamol medicine you are having. Whether higher medicines are required or not will be told by the doctor.f Keep the child in cool environment and avoid using woolen clothes when the child is having fever Armpit temperature of hundred or more is considered as feverf Do body sponge and give plenty of water to drink and easily digestible food.

A. Fever fluctuates very well for about 24 to 48 hours to 72 hours but it’s a good thing if the fever subsides completely within 72 hours of the time otherwise you may have to go for a blood test for further investigation on thatWrite Your Answer Here
