My kid is getting cold or breathing difficulty whenever we put fan speed or in night times when it is very cold What to do?

That means your child is having allergy to the director which is thrown onto the child when the fan is on it’s a common thing to be seen so you should avoid using fan because that is going to throw Director you can use AC or cooler which is not throwing air on the child
