Q.

My haemoglobin is 7.9 in 8 months of pregnancy So what should i do?? How can I increase my haemoglobin?

A. Hello dear You have to take iron and vitamin c rich diet and at the same time you have to consult your doctor so that she might start you on intravenous iron preparation

A. You should take iron supplement with a pomegranate juice every day that’s going to be very important along with that include beetroot spinach and broccoli into your daily diet in good amount and of course iron supplement life I said you have to take it once in a day otherwise you can get the injection done for haemoglobin level you can ask your doctor for that
