Q.

my 1.8 months old baby's haemoglobin has decreased.. what can i feed her so that haemoglobin will increase.. also she eats very less.?

A. Namaste Mom, Toddler can be given now all family foods, give food from your plate as well. for iron give soaked raisin along with its water , same can be done with apricots as well, dates are a good source, green leafy vegetables, legumes such as rajma , chana, beans, organ meats such as liver , eggs etc

A. hello u should be giving child iron rich food in the diet and try to give yoir child brocolli apple beetroot raisins dates spinach and other iron rich food in the diet which can improve the hb level gradually amd no worries
