My glucose level was 146 post breakfast when tested at 25th week .. Last week it was normal.. it was below 120.. It is considered as gestational diabetes.. I'm on diet

A. hi mom your sugars can be very well controlled with the diet I see lot of gestational diabetes cases it's very common so don't worry please consult a qualified dietitian stay safe
