my five month baby has cold with running nose and also her head becomes hot sometimes become cold can i apply almond oil

You can use naso clear drops to clean your baby’s nose and try to keep your baby in normal room temperature and on check the temperature of surroundings frequently. You can also give steam with warm water but be very careful while giving steam. And yes you can apply almond oil
