According to the details as mentioned here this is considered as to be normal but if you still have doubts regarding this and that this might be something else than you can consult your doctor for further guidance and suggestions about it till then you can keep this under your observation for time.plz see that the surrounding temperature is comfortable and clothes are accordingly to the season
