Children should learn how to drink water without any flavor or sweetner in it. If they are thirsty enough, they will drink it.
Put the water in a cup rather than a bottle.
Give fluids in food by making foods as runny as possible
Offer your baby water between meals when she’s not hungry and keen for food.
Keep trying. Babies rarely drink much to begin with and that’s fine; they’ll gradually drink more.

so try to offer water after meal or during playtime.
or offer water in other form like soup,juice etc
