my daughter is 40 days old and she gets redness on her hands sometimes. is it because of the body wash or oil?

it happens because of many reasons like allergy to something like fabric or cosmetics or infection etc.
so please avoid using any cosmetics for now.
keep that area clean and dry.
dress your child in Cotton clothes.
keep your child in well vantileted room.
maintain good hygiene.
if your child feel discomfort ,pain because of it then please visit your pediatrician for proper evaluation.
