Q.
My daughter is 2 month 12 days old. From last few days I have notice that on her neck side and cheek red tiny bumps are appear.. they are not going i applied lotion, coconut oil but seems to be red.. please suggest what to do for reference I attached picture

and furtger it is preferabke to consukt ur bavys doctor in person..
wear ur bavy cotton clothes.
keep good skin hygien.

she have little tiny red bumps.
Also mention how to clear baby's neck area because whenever I try to clean she starts crying and not able to clean properly.
