Tiny bumps appeared on baby face, sometimes it apperas red and fades. Then tiny bumps appeared on neck and chest, then also on thigh and buttocks. what is it?

If it is happening on the entire body if you see spreading you please check with your doctor because this was difficult to say what maybe the reason if it was only in one or two places then maybe it was a rash but if it is then it could be associated with some other issue
